I’ve been to quite a few clinics over the years, and I can honestly say Lovae Clinic has been one of my best experiences. From the very beginning, communication over LINE was easy and responsive. Booking my appointment was straightforward, and they were always quick to answer any questions I had. When I arrived, every single staff member made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was kind, friendly, and attentive, and the clinic itself has a very calm, quiet, and luxurious atmosphere. The consultation was excellent. My consultant took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve, explained the different treatment options, and was very transparent with the pricing. What I appreciated most was that the recommendations felt honest and appropriate for my concerns. There was never any pressure to add treatments I didn’t need. I also decided to book a consultation with Lovae’s doctor, and was delighted that it was the Chief Doctor who consulted with me. That was one of the highlights of my visit. I’ve always been nervous about under-eye fillers. Lovae’s signature under-eye filler treatment was something I was interested in, but I still had a lot of questions. The Chief Doctor patiently explained everything. She never rushed me and answered every question thoughtfully. She was the first doctor who genuinely put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence to finally go ahead with the treatment. I had a couple of procedures and she was incredibly gentle and always let me know if there might be a little discomfort in certain areas, so nothing ever came as a surprise. Her assistant was also wonderful, constantly checking on me and encouraging me throughout the treatment. I could already see an immediate improvement in my under-eye area before I even left the clinic, which honestly amazed me. I know the final results will continue to settle over the coming days and weeks, but I’m already so happy with the outcome. Overall, what stood out to me most was how genuine everyone was. From the staff, to the consultant, to the chief doctor, I never felt like just another customer. I felt listened to, well looked after, and confident that I was in very experienced hands. I highly recommend Lovae Clinic to anyone looking for natural results and honest, expert advice. I’ll definitely be back.

Great experience at Lovae Clinic. From initial communication from home abroad to the entire visit and completion of treatment, I was treated warmly and professionally. The consultation was thorough and my skin analysis results were explained. Treatment options were recommended based on the analysis but also took into consideration my main concerns. Every step was explained and after the treatment they went over after care instructions plus gave complimentary products to help with recovery. I highly recommend Lovae Clinic and would go back again whenever I’m in Seoul!

这家整体环境真的不错，干净安静，不是那种嘈杂流水线感，不过核心问题都有讲到，没有敷衍。院长面诊是 5 万韩元，感觉还可以

让我比较惊喜的是他们的黄金微针，居然有单针头探头，主要是用来针对性改善痘坑的，这个配置在别的医院真的不多见，大部分都是常规多针头。院长会根据凹陷位置单点处理。

去弘大LOVAÉ皮膚科做了一下項目，记录一下真實感受。面診體驗比我想象中好很多。醫生先听完了我的诉求，然后說我想要的效果其實用另一种方案也能达到，而且價格還便宜一些。不会因為我想要貴的就顺从我，而是给出專業建议后再让我自己决定。讲解也很细腻， 蠻熱情的 蠻值得的 每個方案都說得明明白白。做項目的时候院長的手法很稳，能感覺到不是新手操作。每一步之前都有充分的溝通，问我有沒有不舒服的地方。治療過程中也会根据我的耐受度随时调整，很负责任。有免费的wifi，等的时候刷了会儿小紅書。总体滿意，下次想试试别的項目。
