I miss the food so much that I have started incorporating more yogurt and pumpkin puree into my daily diet!  I especially miss the warm smiles of the chef serving our meals.  Every single person added a unique and personal touch that made our stay unforgettable.\n\nAlthough my eyes are still swollen, cannot open fully and recovery is ongoing, I remain hopeful and optimistic.
