I was very hesitant, but I decided to have the surgery here because the consultation was kind and the explanations were detailed. I was worried about significant swelling after the surgery, but it seemed to gradually improve after about two weeks. The director and nurses helped put me at ease before the surgery and treated me well during my follow-up visits as well. It has been about a month now, and I feel more comfortable speaking and my appearance seems more natural. Thank you.

ヤンユンドル様で輪郭3点骨切りの手術をお願いしました。 私はこちらも含めて4件の病院でカウンセリングを受けてまわったのですが、実際に私の顔を触って触診してくれたのはこちらのカン院長先生だけでした。 カウンセリングでも、他の病院では両顎手術は必要ないよとしか案内を受けなかったのですが、カン院長先生は「この先人中短縮をする予定があるのであれば両顎手術はできる、ただ大きな変化は望めない」とやった場合のことも含めて詳しく説明してくださったので、信頼感がありました。 通訳さんも親切で、検診でクリニックに行ったときなどはずっとそばに付いてくれていたのでとても安心できました。 手術が終わった直後から、顔を触るとずっと気になっていた頬骨がなくなっていて、顔が小さくなっているのが分かって感動しました。 一晩入院した際のアフターケアもばっちりで、看護師さんは皆優しく、夜中でも呼んだらすぐ来てくださいました。 骨切りの老舗ということでヤンユンドル様にお願いしましたが、こちらに決めて本当に良かったです！！

The doctor needs to learn how to respect patients first. When I tried asking some questions he said can you listen to me first? So I waited. And then when it’s finally ok for me to ask he just answered very carelessly and with annoyance. And hurried to leave the room without me clearing up things. I felt so disrespected, more because I went with my mom. We asked for the doctor’s apologies but only got other staff to attend to us. I only saw the arrogance from the doctor. The other staff were even much better than the doctor himself. Those other doctors I visited who did unpaid consultation even did with much more care and respect.
