Really nice clinic with a clean and neat environment. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. Everything was well organized, and I felt well taken care of. Would recommend!

I got Ulthera Prime with 500 shots! It was my first time getting Ulthera, and since I had the procedure under sedation, I felt both excited and a little nervous—but everything went so smoothly, like water flowing. The recovery room felt cozy and comfortable, almost like a hotel room. They reassured me that I could take my time resting before leaving, and even prepared soup, snacks, and other treats, which really touched me with their thoughtfulness. The procedure itself was customized just for me, and overall, I’m really satisfied with the whole experience. I’m definitely planning to come back here for my next treatment! :>

My experiences with Dr. Doo Hyun Lee has consistently been unpleasant. He is the only English speaking doctor at the clinic but the way he speaks comes across as snarky, rude and condescending. I have always appreciated how friendly, patient, and thorough most of the other staff are. I recommended this clinic to many friends (only because of my great experience with Dr. Minjoo Kim) and they shared similar feedback about Dr. Doo Hyun Lee, so this doesn’t seem to be an isolated experience. As patients, we ask questions to feel safe and informed before procedures. Many competitor clinics are so attentive to the pleasant and kind service for clients, so this is pretty unacceptable. If you plan to receive treatment here, I would highly recommend paying a bit more to see Dr. Minjoo Kim directly, who is consistently professional, respectful, and kind. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly with kindness and makes the overall experience far more comfortable.

The facilities were outstanding as well—modern, stylish, and equipped with a really advanced system. I highly recommend this clinic.
