평소 고민이 있던 부분 때문에 병원을 방문하게 되었는데, 처음부터 끝까지 정말 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 접수할 때부터 직원분들이 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 편안한 마음으로 진료를 받을 수 있었고, 병원 내부도 깔끔하고 쾌적하게 관리되어 있어 첫인상부터 좋았습니다. 진료를 보면서 가장 좋았던 점은 실장님 상담없이 처음부터 바로 원장님께서 직접 제 상태를 꼼꼼하게 확인해 주시고, 궁금했던 부분을 하나하나 이해하기 쉽게 설명해 주셨습니다. 단순히 시술이나 치료를 권하는 것이 아니라 현재 상태에 맞는 방법과 주의사항까지 자세하게 알려주셔서 신뢰가 갔습니다. 덕분에 걱정이 많이 줄었고 안심하고 진료를 받을 수 있었습니다. 시술과정에서도 계속 상태를 확인해 주시고 세심하게 배려해 주셔서 불편함 없이 받을 수 있었습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하게 응대해 주시고 분위기도 편안했습니다. 전체적으로 원장님의 실력과 친절함, 병원의 청결, 체계적인 시스템까지 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 왜 지인분들이 추천하는 병원인지 직접 방문해 보니 알겠더라고요. 앞으로도 꾸준히 관리가 필요할 때는 이곳을 계속 이용할 생각입니다. 좋은 진료와 친절한 응대 덕분에 기분 좋게 다녀왔습니다. I had a great experience at this clinic. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff are highly professional and knowledgeable. The doctors feel like true experts, and the clinic is well-equipped with a wide variety of advanced machines and treatments. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Be very careful when you come to this clinic!!! I visited this clinic and was screwed badly, after posting this unpleasant experience online, they set me up and reported my account. There’s an unethical staff got me overpaid, and was extremely rude and hostile when I found out and confronted with her. This experience totally ruined my mood in Seoul, and it wasn’t even end by then. This staff made me pay with original price even there was an event price for the exact same treatment for juicier bonus. She didn’t introduce me any kinds of events or discount during the whole time, and due to trust on her, I didn’t suspect for the price for a single second (around $3000 including tax). Imagine you out of a clinic and find out you overpaid for the same stuff in couple of hours, and it’s completely intentional. I feel fooled so I texted her and asked what’s going on, why there was a cheaper price and more given treatments as gifts that no one told me. What I got is insults. I was totally shocked. It was like her changed to a whole different person! Last second she was nice and sweet for saling treatments, next second she turned to some kind of monster. She told me stop whining and go back to the clinic, she will give me the overpaid part back. The hurting part of unfairness is whether you get the fairness you deserve eventually, you lose something anyway. If I go back to accept the money and pay the lower price I deserve, I’ll like got insult for nothing. So no lady, I’m not going to accept the money and shut up. Refusing to accept their dishonest tactics, I chose to leave my honest review instead. But for god’s sake, things were not over, even now. I posted my experience online, and other stuff in the clinic contacted me for asking me to delete it. She/he apologized for overcharging, admitted the sale was unprofessional and unethical, and claimed the sale was suspended. Also the clinic is willing to compensate if I delete my post. That’s ironic, before I post, I was treat like nothing. And when my post is popular, you guys wanna follow the issue I got? Thanks, but no. If this is the story for whole, I won’t post on google. But no, they kept reporting my account, made it abnormal, leading it to be banned. This experience has been the worst in Seoul, and I strongly advise caution—if you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this clinic altogether. So BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU COME, and if you have a choice, DON’T COME!!!
