Good and polite service ! thankful for the great body scrub and massages. they are very kind to me :)

I feel bad writing a bad review, but I’m quite angry walking out of this place. It’s a tourist trap. My sister and I went to get a hair wash, which cost $18 USD per person and it was a very disappointing experience. Mind you, that’s a lot of money here. First they ask you to take your shoes off and hand you these dirty looking slippers that are not sanitized - we refused to wear them. We got the keratin head spa and there was no keratin treatment. It was just basic shampoo and conditioner. The ‘’massage” part was nonexistent and the weird thing is they used shampoo from my hair as lubricant to massage my neck and back - that is just bizarre. I don’t want shampoo on my body. She sprayed me with cold water twice. She doesn’t seem to understand the concept that the water needs to run for a little bit for the hot water to come out. They dry your hair, but try to use communal hairbrushes that are on not sanitized - I refused and just dried my own hair. They don’t seem to be trained to do what they do. They weirdly offered us beverages after we were ready to leave and paid. Why didn’t they offer it in the beginning?
