I booked two facials (for my mother and me) directly through the clinic. I was very happy with the communication before the appointment as well as the clear directions for getting to the clinic (easily reachable by the subway). We arrived just a little early as instructed and met another client who had been to the clinic about five years prior. For our in-person consultation, we went to a clean, safe, office with multiple consultation rooms in the basement level. The analysis of oiur skin was clear and easy to understand. We then were escorted to the main clinic on an upper floor where we were offered a beverage and then met in a short consultation with Dr. Kim. Our consultant translated Dr. Kim's findings and recommendations into English from Korean for us. We were then escorted into the treatment room which was very clean and set up for two people. My mother had an oxygen and moisturizing facial. I had the moisturizing facial. Our aestheticians were professional and provided a relaxing environment for the hourlong facials during which our consultant translated into English for us what the next step of the facial would be. Upon completion of the facials, my mom and I were given aftercare instructions and three products (toner, moisturizer and face masks) which have been excellent.

Great consultants and very professional attitude. Unlike other clinic I went I was really well attended to. They answered all my questions. Laser procedure went well and they helped me though all steps. I felt like I am in good hands. Highly recommend

I always love when I come to Renovo! The doctor is very skilled, I’ve never had an issue with any of the treatments I’ve gotten done. The staff is also lovely as well. The staff member named Memory and the lovely young girl from Italy were especially warm when I last had an appointment! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for attentive care from a clinic :) Yay!

It was an extremely positive experience. The lady who greeted me and the lady who guided me through the analysis and treatments were so kind and charming. The doctor and the ladies who performed the treatments were so attentive and considerate. For the somewhat painful treatments, I was given a huge cuddly teddy bear to hold. I will definitely come back here again, thank you so much!

This place was a wonderful experience. We were very welcomed by the staff and Ramsha was taking care of us(my mom, myself, and my sister) throughout our consultation to the procedures. She went above and beyond. Ramsha made everything felt easy for us to decide what procedures to go with with the doctor's recommendations! The doctor and staff were all very kind and generous the whole time. Thank you so much for having us while we were in Korea! It was a wonderful experience! Hope to see you again someday 🩵🩵🩵
