Got to know about Pixelab and Dr Kim from word-of-mouth recommendation and oh wow, I really love this place for a few reasons: 1. Value-for-money treatment. The clinic had some ongoing campaigns which allowed me to enjoy discounted prices for my required treatment. 2. Ease of communication, excellent service. Monica, my friendly assigned English translator was with me throughout the consultation and treatment, making me feel very assured and comfortable about what’s about to happen (it’s my first time doing aesthetic treatment and so the anxiety is real). No language barrier issue encountered and I see that they have Japanese and Chinese translators too. 3. Professionalism. Dr Kim took time to share with me the “science” behind the treatment and most importantly, did wonders in managing the pain level of the treatment. He is highly skilled for sure. I’ll definitely be back if I need to do other treatments in future.
