Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The registration staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The nurses and the doctor were also very professional, patient, and caring. Everyone made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The only disappointing part of the experience was the cashier at the end. She was a woman with a noticeable surgical scar on her neck, which made it easy to identify her. Unfortunately, her attitude was completely different from everyone else. She seemed impatient, unfriendly, and unapproachable. It felt as though we were inconveniencing her, even though we were simply completing the payment process. Aside from that one interaction, the service was excellent. It is a bit unfortunate that such a positive experience ended with an unpleasant encounter at the checkout desk. I hope the hospital can address this, because the rest of the staff truly provided outstanding care.

Everything was explained in great detail, and the doctors and staff took the time to answer all of my questions. Throughout the entire visit, I felt a high level of care and genuine concern for patients. The clinic is also exceptionally clean and well organized. In addition, there are wonderful and comfortable resting rooms where patients can relax, which makes the entire experience even more pleasant. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful and attentive approach of the whole team.

I consulted with quite a few places before making my decision. I heard that it is best to go to a clinic with extensive experience, and I came here because my regular OB/GYN recommended this place. Perhaps because the person who recommended me is so meticulous, the director performed the surgery with extreme care. The atmosphere was calm, and even though it was my first time having this kind of surgery, I felt completely at ease. I really love that the recovery room is a private one!
