Had a really great experience with NANA Plastic Surgery, honestly better than I expected. Big shoutout to Jasmine and Lina, they really made the whole journey so much smoother. From the very start, they were super friendly and easy to talk to. They were very patient with all my questions (I had quite a lot 😅) and always replied fast, which really helped especially since I was overseas and a bit unsure about everything at first. They also guided me through each step clearly, from consultation to the actual procedure and even aftercare. I never felt lost or confused at any point, and that made a huge difference. You can really tell they care and want you to feel comfortable, not just treat you like another customer. I was accompanied by an english speaking staff at every single point to ensure there is no language barrier in between. The clinic itself was clean, well organised, and professional. Everything was quite seamless when I was there, no long waiting or messy process. The staff were all friendly as well, which made the whole experience even better. Even had a private suite to get ready before the surgery. Overall, I’m really happy I chose NANA. The service, support, and experience were all solid. Definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of doing procedures in Korea, especially if it’s your first time 👍
