Wonderful experience in the vip room, drinks were served and had a very detailed consultation and honest recommendations based on what was needed to improve my overall balance. Not pushy at all, everyone was lovely from the consultant, translator and doctor Park. Special shoutout to the sweet translator who was with me every step of the way, holding my hand and reassuring me as I did not understand Korean. Loved the entire experience!

Professional and comfortable. They also offer free (non-alcoholic ofc) drinks and massage chair while waiting for the treatment. The doctor here was gentle and professional. I’d definitely come back. (The doctor—or perhaps the decorator—has a great taste in art, it seems. There are Ufan Lee’s works hung up on the wall, adding to the warmth and serenity of the clinic.)

Visited Moon Clinic for lip enhancement and the experience was exceptional. The clinic is clean and spacious. The nurses and doctors are very professional, they took time to hear my needs and designed a lip shape I really wanted. The entire procedure was fast and the pain was manageable. Very satisfied with my Reset laser treatment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the Reset laser done to treat freckles and pigmentation, and I am really happy with the results so far. The clinic explained everything clearly from the start. As they suggested, I made sure to keep my before photos, which the clinic kindly provided. It's still early days, but I can already see a visible reduction in pigmentation and my overall skin tone looks much brighter and clearer. The staff were professional and made the experience comfortable. A big plus is their review policy. If you are happy with your results and leave a review with your before and after photos, they offer a paid retouch session for only 110,000 KRW (including tax) within 3 months of your first treatment. They recommend doing this retouch around 2 months after the first session for the best results, rather than just after 1 month, which makes sense to let the skin settle and see the final outcome. I'm already planning to go back for that! Highly recommend this place if you are considering laser treatment for pigmentation.

搜索了很久最后锁定了Moon医院，去做了一下项目。医生面诊的时候问了我平时的护肤习惯和生活作息，说这些会影响效果和恢复时间。看得很仔细，不是那种三分钟就完事的敷衍面诊。方案也给了两套让我选。做项目前医生先告诉我大概需要多久、过程中会有什么感觉，让我有个心理预期。做的时候每隔一会儿就会跟我说快了，还有X分钟，让人不那么焦躁。医院有充电宝可以借，等的时候刷手机不怕没电。说实话比我想象中好不少，之前在国内做类似项目的体验没这么顺。下次还会考虑来这家。
