I had PRP+Re2O with Dr Hur, and all went very smoothly. The nurses were very gentle and I'm glad I chose this over a factory type place as this was my first time at a skin clinic. Laurel gave lots of private attention-- Dr Hur sat in on the consultation, they did all my face cleaning and prep, and the private rooms were nice. I felt very at ease with Dr Hur's confident and calm approach. My consultation was with Ms Yujin and Daniel (Daniel is a very charming and straightforward Korean-American and he translated for Yujin as needed). Dr Hur speaks perfect English and I appreciated that he sits in the consultation and answered my many questions. Together, they came up with a treatment plan based on my skin condition and needs. I'd feel very comfortable going back to explore other treatments.

Laurel clinic was a great experience from the moment I first entered. I was nervous since this was my first time getting any skincare treatment and Daniel greeted me and helped reassure me through every step. Daniel was also able to help translate any korean through the entire process and he helped convert pricing as well. The entire process from consultation to procedure was smooth and very detailed. The clinic itself is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere that feels less clinical and more bespoke. During the consultation they took their time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. I was nervous about Botox and ultherapy but both went smoothly and even though I have a low pain tolerance I was able to get through it and they even provided a stuffed animal to help ease some pain! Overall I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family and I trust the entire staff.
