I had an excellent experience at JF Cell Dermatology. As this was my very first aesthetics treatment, I was naturally quite nervous and anxious. However, Dr. Sang Yub Kim's professionalism, experience, and skill immediately put me at ease. He took the time to assess my concerns carefully and performed the treatments with such precision and confidence that what I had feared would be an uncomfortable experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth and comfortable. I would also like to give special thanks to Stephanie, who was an incredible source of support throughout my visit. As my translator, she explained every step of the process clearly and patiently, which greatly eased my nerves. She was always there to reassure me and make sure I felt comfortable and well-informed. What impressed me most was the clinic's genuine care for patients. After my treatment, I experienced some bruising which was normal, and Jeno offered to arrange for me to return to the clinic for additional care on Election Day, when the clinic was closed due to the public holiday. Considering that I had travelled all the way to Korea for these treatments, this gesture meant a lot to me. It showed how much they truly values and looks after their patients beyond the treatment itself. Thank you, Dr. Kim, Stephanie, Jeno and the entire team at JF Cell Dermatology for making my first aesthetics experience such a positive one. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish and would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering aesthetic treatments in Korea.

I came here for Repot Laser and have had a very good experience so far. Dr. Kim is highly knowledgeable and professional, and he takes the time to clearly explain every procedure. The care feels very personalised, which really puts me at ease. The staff are friendly and efficient, especially Stephanie, who is well-versed in English. She patiently walked me through the terms and conditions with clear translation, making sure I understood every detail. She also followed up with me after the procedure and even sent me an English PDF with Repot Laser aftercare instructions. She’s quick to respond to messages and always does her best to assist with my enquiries. I’m a bit nervous about removing the Duoderm patches in two weeks, but I trust Dr. Kim and feel confident in his hands.

What a great experience! We looked up the place online while shopping at the mall nearby with my teenage son. He had acne and thought of getting some skincare. Instead, we just walked in this clinic and were immediately accepted. The treatment lasted a good 2.5 hours, was reasonably priced and the service was great throughout the whole time. Good job!

Highly recommend Dr Sang Yub Kim at JF Cell Dermatology Clinic. I was actually referred to Dr Kim by my own aesthetic doctor, who had his procedure done by Dr Kim too. To me, there’s probably no better recommendation than a doctor recommending another doctor. I was quite nervous before the procedure, but Dr Kim was calm, reassuring and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain what he was doing and managed to keep my discomfort and anxiety to a minimum throughout the procedure under local anaesthesia. A special shoutout as well to Stephanie, our lovely translator, who was with us every step of the way. She made communication effortless and was incredibly patient, attentive and reassuring from the consultation right through to the end of the procedure. My korean sister introduce me this clinic.. the Doctor is very friendly, very good in ENGLISH, accomodating, and when i tell i feel pain the nurses the doctor make sure you will be comfortable. the nurses is kind and friendly too. 200% i recommend this clinic. you will not regret this clinic help your confidence back. soon i will post my before and after
