I was quite nervous at first, Dr. Yang and translator Ms Yuli explained everything clearly, including the expected results and recovery process, which made me feel confident and comfortable. They are patient, caring, and answered all my questions. The procedure was quick 20-30min, and recovery was faster than I expected. I absolutely love my new dimple—it look so natural...can see clearly in my photo! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

在网上做了好多功課，最后决定去Hugo整形外科看看。院長面診的时候拿镜子让我看自己的脸，用手指指出我的面部特点，告诉我为什么有的項目适合有的人不适合。不会为了成交就什么都答应，而是真的从我的面部需求出发做方案规划。做項目的时候院長的手法很稳，能感覺到不是新手操作。每一步之前都有充分的溝通，问我有沒有不舒服的地方。治療過程中也会根据我的耐受度随时调整。做完出来天都黑了，门口的灯牌很显眼，不难找回去的路。整个過程让人感覺很舒服，沒有那种被推销的压力。做完之後心里蠻踏实的。
