I live abroad so I had to rely on reviews etc to choose a hospital, book a consultation, and secure a surgery date all at once. Based on what I wanted and reading other people’s reviews, I chose to go with Dite. The consultation started on kakao talk initially and when I visited in person, everything went smooth as I already knew what I wanted. The team at Dite are very kind and professional. If you don’t speak Korean, one can arrange a translator and it seems to be the norm there. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something natural and not too contrived.

The doctor was calm, reassuring, and even humorous, which helped ease my nerves before the procedure. I also want to thank 김선빈 실장님 who was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Overall, the service was excellent and I’m very happy with my experience. I live abroad and had a consultation at Dite Clinic. The process started on KakaoTalk, and I later flew in for an in-person consultation. I can’t say enough good things about my consultant, Ms. Shin. She was incredibly thorough and answered most of my questions, so there was very little left to ask Dr. Lee. Everyone I interacted with - from the consultants, nurses, anaesthesiologist, to the pharmacist downstairs - was consistently kind and caring.
