The clinic focuses on hair transplant and scalp treatments. My doctor said my hair loss wasn't serious and was likely stress-related, so I did basic scalp care with laser light and PDRN injections. Everything was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and polite with no pressure at all.

I was referred to them by another medical provider after doing my own research online, but I was skeptical of reviews for other locations as there can be fake reviews. I had my initial consultation electronically and found that they offer both FUT and FUE treatments, depending on individual needs and recommendations. Despite my nerves—particularly due to the language barrier and the common perception that many people travel to Turkey for hair transplants—I felt more comfortable with a provider experienced with Asian hair, especially considering South Korea's reputation for cosmetic procedures. My main concerns about the hair transplant included ensuring that a qualified medical doctor performed the procedure, achieving natural-looking results, selecting an experienced practitioner (Dr. Park has over 15 years in the industry), and finding a top-tier medical facility where I wouldn't feel like just another number. I also wanted to avoid places where technicians perform the procedure, as I had heard some horror stories. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was welcomed by friendly and helpful staff, and they provided an excellent in-house translator to eliminate any miscommunication. After meeting with Dr. Park and collaboratively developing a plan for my hairline and eyebrows, I felt reassured that I had made the right choice and proceeded with the procedure. During the procedure, I felt no pain—just some numbness and tenderness afterward. I was advised to sleep on my back. When they showed me my new hairline and eyebrows, I was already thrilled with how they looked! The follow-up care has also been outstanding; I can message them anytime with questions. I highly recommend Banalps for anyone considering a hair transplant! My only feedback would be to offer another communication method like whatsapp as this I also a secure-platform. But Kakao did work in my case, just took a little time in trying to figure out the setup since it was in Korean.

헤어라인 시술을 박수호 원장님께 받았습니다. 상담 실장님이 원장님께 직접 받은 자세한 시술 이야기와 섬세하고 자연스럽게 채워진 헤어라인 모습을 보고 믿고 시술 받기로 결정하게 되었고, 모를 심고 일주일이 지나지 않은 상태에서도 그리고 7개월이 지난 지금도 너무나 만족스러운 결과입니다. 박수호 원장님께서는 무엇보다 편안하게 의견을 다 들어주시고 조율해 주시고, 자연스러운 디자인 표현과 적절한 모수 결정, 모 굵기에 따라 그라데이션으로 자연스럽게 충분히 가능하다는 말씀과 소량 국소마취로 오랜시간 시술 받지만 편안하게 받을 수 있었던 점. 원장님께 받기로 결정한 것은 최고의 선택이었던 것 같습니다. 한가닥 한가닥의 위치 신경쓰시는 것이 느껴졌고 감동이었습니다.

在网上做了好多功課，最后决定去banal整形外科看看。面診過程中我有點犹豫要不要做，醫生看出来之後沒有催我，反而說你可以先回去想想，或者先做一个項目试试效果。不像其他醫院那样巴不得你 蠻透明的 超熱情 当场就交钱。醫生操作前后都拍了照片，做完之後把前后對比给我看，让我直观看到变化。然后交代了后续護理的注意事项，什么时候该用什么产品都写了下来给我。很负责任。整體體驗不錯，会考虑再來。
