I have been coming to Angelmi Clinic annually for years for my semi-permanent eyeliner and have always been highly satisfied. However, my retouch appointment today was incredibly disappointing. The technician was messy with the application, getting black ink all over my eyelids and under-eye area. She then spent more time harshly rubbing my eyes with cleaner than actually performing the retouch, leaving my skin sore and red. I was shocked by the state of my face, and a senior staff member eventually had to step in to apply soothing cream and an ice pack. What bothered me most was I received no apology; instead, the technician told me she shouldn’t have shown me the mirror before she finished cleaning! I’m unsure if Angelmi Clinic has introduced new tools that the staff hasn't been properly trained on, or if they are simply hiring less experienced technicians. Either way, this level of inconsistency is deeply concerning for a clinic I used to trust.

I purchased a 3-session Potenza treatment package. The first session was great, but during the second session, they didn’t treat my full face with microneedling—they only injected something into my cheeks, which was disappointing. For the third session, I decided to switch and use it for filler and Botox instead, adding extra money. They allowed it, but overall, the experience felt expensive and not worth the price. I honestly wish I had gone to a clinic closer to Seoul, like in Bucheon. In my experience, Gangnam clinics can be overpriced and the service didn’t feel very attentive. I would not recommend this especially no one speaks english and you cannot really tell what do you want on your face i just waste a money!

I have a concern about my acne and scars on my face lines. This is my first time to do some treatments which were done by doctors who speak Japanese, so I recommend this clinic to Japanese customers

对我来说，做医美最麻烦的就是请假。安琪美周日也营业，这点太救命了。我主要是去做了纹眼线，顺便打了个水光针。它家就是那种标准的流水线作业，从咨询到操作都很快，不拖沓，特别适合我这种目的明确、不想在流程上浪费时间的人。医生手法很稳，眼线做得特别精细。虽然价格便宜，但用的色素也是环保认证的，让人安心。整体下来感觉就是高效、方便、不贵，解决了我的实际需求。
